Contributions to the Kayla’s List PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions by corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited.  NOT PRINTED AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE.

PACs can give $5,000 to a candidate committee per election (primary, general or special). They can also give up to $15,000 annually to any national party committee, and $5,000 annually to any other PAC. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals and minors are prohibited. (Contributions from US permanent residents/green cardholders, however, are permitted.) The maximum contribution per individual is $5,000 per year and up to $10,000 per year for couples per PAC.
